I strayed for a few days but I'm back. My goal is to make it a full 30 days. So this is day 2 of this latest excursion into high fruit raw.
Today:
10 bananas
fresh fruit smoothie in Hilo with bananas, coconut, sugarcane juice and blueberries. I drank over a liter of this
A few handfuls of raisins
1 apple
Some cacao
2 tablespoons coconut oil
I underate big time today...due to a reduced appetite. Kind of feeling off my bananas lately. Hoping some exercise tomorrow will help my appetite get bigger.
